Doing your makeup for high school should not be complicated. There’s only so much time you want to spend getting ready. And that’s why it’s great to have a routine down. We have come up with a guide on how to do makeup for school, no matter the occasion. This is a natural makeup look that will accentuate your features without looking overdone. \nPrep the Skin \nOne of the most important steps in our school makeup routine is to prep the skin. This will allow your skin to look smooth, moisturized, and brightened. It will also motivate you to use fewer skin products if your natural skin looks healthy. We suggest cleansing the skin with micellar water. Follow up with a moisturizer and maybe a pore-minimizing primer. \nConcealer\nFor the skin, we’re going to keep it basic. As the first makeup step in our school routine, we’re going to conceal our under-eyes and any blemishes or imperfections. The only base skin product we’re going to use is a concealer. You’re young, and you should avoid clogging your pores with makeup as much as possible. Plus, it’s easy for a 10 minutes routine before school. You can cover any insecurities you have while still remaining natural. After your concealer, we’re going to set the liquid products with a bit of setting powder. \nBronzer \u0026amp; Blush\nThe next two steps for our skin is bronzer and blush. We love to use a face palette for this step because it contains all the products we’ll need for our complexion. The bronzer comes first, warming up the skin and focusing the product in the cheekbones and around the edges of the face. Then, use the blush to warm up the cheeks and bring some light and glow to the face while still being subtle. Use a large fluffy brush for each of these steps and diffuse the pigment evenly. \nEyebrows\nNext, we’re going to fill in the brows. Using an eyebrow pencil, this process is easy. Fill in the natural shape of your brow. If you get a little messy, clean up the edges of the brow with a bit of concealer and a concealer brush. \nMascara\nOur last step in learning how to do makeup for school is to add a coat or two of mascara. This will accentuate the eyes without being over the top of wasting too much time getting ready in the morning. We love to use a volumizing and lengthening mascara for this step to really bring out your eye color and highlight your lashes. Once you’re done, you’re ready to get to school feeling confident.
